Information for Schools is now located at TheWELL. TheWELL is a new resource that has been developed to provide schools with a single source for information. It was launched on 1 November and being web-based, it is available from anywhere with an internet connection – subject to your own individual login. The site has been designed with schools to build an essential resource for schools in Walsall, drawing together a range of different searchable resources into one place so that schools can use the links provided to find information about services, policies and procedures. In some cases, we may also signpost to other materials and content provided by other relevant agencies. All headteachers were provided with their own login to their existing school email address as of the 1 November 2010. In addition, a template has been sent to schools to complete with details of staff requiring access to TheWELL and return to the ICT Service Desk.
